Abstract: This book is produced in collaboration with the Department of Occupational Safety & Health (Ministry of Manpower and Human Resources), for the wood preservation industry in Malaysia A list of wood preservatives available as well as the manufactures/suppliers of these chemicals. A handy checklist of do's and don'ts in dealing with hazardous wood preservatives is attached. This handbook should be on the shelves of managers/supervisors of companies and agencies dealing with wood preservatives and wood treatment processes in Malaysia.
