Abstract: This book is produced in collaboration with the Department
of Environment, Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment Malaysia. It
is aimed at providing information to the wood processing industry on methods,
techniques and solutions in the management of industrial wood waste, namely,
in (a) handling and storage, (b) transfer and disposal and (c) wood waste
processing and utilisation. The outcome would be
that the wood processing industry managers their waste in a
environmentally sound manner, either for further utilisation
or land filling. (61 PP.)
